InnoFest is an annual event that brings together startup companies, innovators, corporate partners, investors, visionaries, and more to connect, learn from one another, and to share their stories of success. Don’t miss this 2-day event – take your seat at the table, where you can help create a better future for your community and our planet.

You will have opportunities to connect with LG, corporate partners, industry veterans, entrepreneurs, innovators, and others in our ecosystem to discuss the future of technology in AI, HealthTech, CleanTech, Life Sciences, Smart Life, and more.

At this event, you will experience inspiring speakers, networking opportunities, dynamic discussions, an exciting pitch competition, and so much more! There will also be activities where you will have the opportunity to engage with your peers amid libations, great food, and meaningful conversations.

InnoFest will take place September 25 & September 26 at the architecturally stunning and historic Palace of Fine Arts located at 3601 Lyon Street, San Francisco, CA 94123

Yes, LG NOVA will provide event WiFi for our attendees.

The mobile app will be live approximately 3 weeks before InnoFest begins. All attendees will receive an email with information about downloading the app.

We recommend that you sign up for sessions in advance, as seating can be limited. You will receive an email once we have our programming finalized. Be on the lookout for this email so you can save your spot.

All participants of InnoFest must abide by the following policy:
Expected Behavior

  • Be considerate, respectful, and collaborative.
  • Refrain from demeaning, discriminatory or harassing behavior and speech.
  • Be mindful of your surroundings and of your fellow participants. Alert event staff if you notice a dangerous situation or someone in distress.
  • Wear your badge at all times while at the event venue.

Unacceptable Behavior

  • Unacceptable behaviors may include but are not limited to:
  • Harassment and discrimination include any verbal, physical, or visual conduct based on sex, sexual orientation, gender expression or identity, transgender status, race, age, national origin, disability.
  • Any boisterous, lewd, or offensive behavior or language, using sexually explicit or offensive language or conduct, profanity, obscene gestures, or racial, religious or ethnic slurs.
  • Wearing clothing that is not suitable for a professional work environment, that is provocative, inappropriate, or otherwise potentially offensive.
  • Possession of a weapon or any item that can be used as a weapon, which may be used to threaten or cause injury to others if used in a certain manner.
  • Any destruction or vandalizing of personal property or event site or materials.
  • Possessing any open can, bottle or other receptacle containing any alcoholic beverages, except in areas specifically designated for the consumption of alcohol or being intoxicated, as determined by LG NOVA, in any event venue or function. Please drink responsibly.
  • Possessing any illegal substance. LG NOVA does not tolerate the use or abuse of illegal substances anywhere in the event venue.
  • Smoking is not permitted at the venue.
  • Assembling for the purpose of, or resulting in, disturbing the peace, or committing any unlawful act or engaging in any offensive behavior.
  • Any other illegal activity not already covered above.
  • Failure to obey any of the rules or regulations of the event venues or instructions of the event staff.
  • Sharing your event badge with other individuals.

Consequences of Unacceptable Behavior
Unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated. Anyone asked to stop unacceptable behavior is expected to comply immediately. If a participant engages in unacceptable behavior, the event organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, up to and including expulsion from the event without warning or refund and if appropriate, involvement of local law enforcement.

Travel

The Palace of Fine Arts is located in the Marina District on the eastern side of the Presidio. The main address is 3601 Lyon Street, San Francisco.

Public Transportation

MUNI Bus
The Palace of Fine Arts is accessible by San Francisco Muni buses #30, #43, #28, and #29. Muni bus lines #22, #41, and #45 also stop in the vicinity. From Fisherman’s Wharf take the #30 Stockton bus. For more information, call Muni at (415) 673-6864 or check the SFMTA trip planner.

BART
If you’re taking BART, get off at the Montgomery Street station, walk one half-block up Market Street to Third Street, and catch the #30 Stockton bus on the corner.

From the South Bay or Peninsula

From Highway 101

Take Highway 101 North to the Market Street/Van Ness exit. Take Van Ness to Lombard (look for signs to the Golden Gate Bridge). Turn left onto Lombard. Once on Lombard, get into the right-hand lane.

Then:

  • Right on Divisadero Street
  • Left on Marina Boulevard, then immediately move into the right lane
  • Turn right on Yacht Road and follow signs for Palace of Fine Arts parking (lot is next to the St. Francis Yacht Club). If you pass the lot, you’ll see signs on the right for additional parking at Crissy Field.

NOTE: Avoid bearing left on Marina Boulevard; that stretch of Marina Boulevard turns into an onramp for Highway 101 and the Golden Gate Bridge. If you inadvertently end up on the approach to the Bridge, don’t worry; you’ll have a chance to exit to the right just before the toll plaza. You can then make your way back to the Palace of Fine Arts through the Presidio, or use the directions “From the North Bay,” above.

From Interstate 280

Follow 19th Avenue through Golden Gate Park; 19th Avenue becomes Park Presidio Boulevard on the other side of the Park. Follow signs for the Highway 101 Detour.

Then:

  • Right on Geary Boulevard
  • Left on Van Ness Avenue, move into left lanes
  • Left on Lombard Street, get into the right-hand lane
  • Right on Divisadero Street
  • Left on Marina Boulevard, then immediately move into the right lane
  • Turn right on Yacht Road and follow signs for Palace of Fine Arts parking (lot is next to the St. Francis Yacht Club). If you pass the lot, you’ll see signs on the right for additional parking at Crissy Field.

From the East Bay

Cross the Bay Bridge. Follow the signs to the 9th Street exit. Stay in the right-hand lane. Go one block and turn right onto 9th Street. Stay in the left-hand lane. Immediately after Market Street, veer left onto Hayes Street.

Then:

  • Right on Van Ness Avenue (look for signs to the Golden Gate Bridge)
  • Left on Lombard Street; once on Lombard, get into the right-hand lane
  • Right on Divisadero Street
  • Left on Marina Boulevard, then immediately move into the right lane
  • Either:
  • Turn right on Yacht Road and follow signs for Palace of Fine Arts parking (lot is next to the St. Francis Yacht Club).
  • Or continue on Marina onto Mason Street. The alternate parking lot will be on your left (see map). Please note that there is a walkway from this lot to the back of the main Theatre lot.

NOTE: Avoid bearing left on Marina Boulevard; that stretch of Marina Boulevard turns into an onramp for Highway 101 and the Golden Gate Bridge. If you inadvertently end up on the approach to the Bridge, don’t worry; you’ll have a chance to exit to the right just before the toll plaza. You can then make your way back to the Palace of Fine Arts through the Presidio, or use the directions “From the North Bay,” above.

From the North Bay

Cross the Golden Gate Bridge and follow signs indicating Downtown San Francisco. Stay to the left and take the Marina exit; you’ll see the sign overhead. While you might be tempted to take a right at the first stop light (Lyon Street) and pull directly into the Palace of Fine Arts, pass the Lyon Street entrance and proceed straight on Marina Boulevard.

Then:

  • Right on Baker Street
  • Left on Jefferson Street
  • Left on Broderick Street
  • Left on Marina Boulevard, then immediately move into the right lane
  • Either:
  • Turn right on Yacht Road and follow signs for Palace of Fine Arts parking (lot is next to the St. Francis Yacht Club).
  • Or continue on Marina onto Mason Street. The alternate parking lot will be on your left (see map). Please note that there is a walkway from this lot to the back of the main Theatre lot.

NOTE: Avoid bearing left on Marina Boulevard; that stretch of Marina Boulevard turns into an onramp for Highway 101 and the Golden Gate Bridge. If you inadvertently end up on the approach to the Bridge, don’t worry; you’ll have a chance to exit to the right just before the toll plaza. You can then make your way back to the Palace of Fine Arts through the Presidio or retry the directions from above.

Safety tips for spending time in San Francisco Bay Area

  • Upon leaving InnoFest, be sure to remove your badge.
  • Keep your eyes up, your ears open, and your phone away on city streets and public transportation. This will lower the chance of theft and keep you safe on San Francisco Bay Area busy streets.
  • Carry your wallet in the front pocket of your pants or the inside pocket of your jacket.
  • Avoid leaving bags on the ground or over the back of your chair.
  • Bay Area folks are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. We encourage visitors to ask shopkeepers, hotel staff, or police officers for assistance.
  • As always, you can dial 911 to:
    • Report a crime in progress.
    • Report an emergency situation.
    • Request help for someone having a medical or psychiatric emergency.

A short ½ mile walk from the Palace of Fine Arts will lead you to many restaurants from casual spots to fine dining in the Marina District of Union Street and Chestnut Street. Below is just a partial list of restaurants with weekday hours noted.

Tacolicious – 2250 Chestnut Street

The Marina location is the restaurant that started the taco, small plates and tequila drinks craze that they are known for. Crowd favorites include the Baja-style Pacific cod fish taco and the carnitas taco.

The Tipsy Pig – 2231 Chestnut Street

Tasty California gastropub serving locally craft cocktails and comfort food such as mac n’ cheese, braised chicken enchiladas, little gem Caesar salad and much more.

De La Rosa – 2175 Chestnut Street

Beloved for its Roman-style pizza, small plates, craft beer, Italian and Californian wines, and delicious craft cocktails, Delarosa’s interpretation of the classic and unpretentious beer and pizza pairing has made a strong mark in the Marina District.

The daily changing menu at Rose’s Café takes inspiration from Italy and focuses on simplicity. Their chefs use the highest quality, freshest ingredients from small local farmers, fishermen and ranchers.

Perry’s - 1944 Union Street

Perry’s is known for classic American comfort food, with something for everyone. Signature dishes include the Cobb Salad, French Onion Soup, and of course the famous Perry's Hamburger.
